We process payments through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant platform. If we do not already have your information on file, then shortly after we receive your booking information you will receive a text message from Ivy Pay at the phone number you have provided that will prompt you to upload your payment information at the link provided. You will need to upload your payment information in order to confirm your appointment time.
